In February, PKF O’Connor Davies, LLP, announced that Batchelor, Frechette, McCrory, Michael & Co. This is the latest move as part of PKF O’Connor Davies’ ongoing strategic growth initiative focused on expanding the Firm’s geographic reach and strengthening its expertise in key practice areas. The BFMM team brings deep experience in specialised industries, including private clubs, commercial construction and real estate, employee benefit plans and manufacturing and not-for-profit organisations.

“BFMM brings a team of recognised expertise in key areas that complement our professionals and our service offerings very well,” said Kevin J. Keane, Managing Partner. “We’ve had the opportunity to work alongside BFMM in a variety of engagements over the years and we’ve seen the quality of their people first-hand. We’re excited those top-notch professionals are now part of PKF O’Connor Davies as we continue to grow the Firm and provide greater value for our clients.”

Four partners and over 20 staff will join the Firm. For over 30 years, BFMM has provided accounting, auditing, tax and consulting services to mid- and large-sized organisations offering customised professional solutions.

“PKF O’Connor Davies has a strong reputation for its industry-leading practices and unmatched focus on client service,” said BFMM Managing Partner Ned McCrory. “We’re thrilled to join forces with an established and internationally renowned firm.”

PKF O’Connor Davies will now have 11 offices in five states as it continues to expand through organic growth and acquisitions on the East Coast. It has supported this growth with a strategic combination of promoting from within coupled with tactical external hires.
