The awards follow a rigorous assessment process which sees employees complete a detailed survey to measure their level of trust in their organisation and the consistency of their experience.

PKF Francis Clark, our UK member firm serving clients in the south-west of England, has added another two top employer awards to its collection. For the second year running, the firm has been named one of the UK's Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services, in recognition of its focus on well-being, work-life balance, professional development, job satisfaction and creating a supportive culture. PKF Francis Clark also features in the Top 100 Apprenticeship Employer lists for both 2024 and 2023, reflecting the firm’s commitment to creating new apprenticeships, the diversity of their apprentices and the number who successfully achieve their qualifications.

Austrian member firm PKF Österreicher & Partner has been named a Top Company 2025 by employer rating platform Kununu. The award is based on independent feedback from employees past and present and is earned by only around 5% of all employers.

PKF San Diego has been voted one of the Best Places to Work by the San Diego Business Journal for the second year in a row. The awards programme celebrates outstanding companies whose benefits, policies and practices are among the best in the region.

North American member firms Berkowitz Pollack Brant and PKF O’Connor Davies have been honoured as Best Places to Work in NYC by Crain’s New York Business. The annual awards programme shines a spotlight on the leading employers in the city based on confidential employee feedback about workplace benefits, human resources and policies. What’s more, PKF O’Connor Davies was named a Top Workplace in Western Connecticut by Hearst Connecticut Media Group and, for an impressive fourth consecutive year, one of the Best Places to Work in New Jersey by NJBIZ, New Jersey’s leading business journal.
