Our PKF Icon Awards celebrate those individuals and member firms who have gone above and beyond to grow our network, live our values to the fullest, increase collaboration and enhance the PKF brand.

Recipients of this year’s Icon Awards were announced during our gala dinner at our Global Gathering in Punta Cana.

 

Regional Icon Awards

Africa region

PKF Nigeria received this award for leading the way across the region in succession planning and developing the next generation of leaders. The firm was also recognised for embracing opportunities to bring our people together, not least in its role hosting our PKF Africa Gathering in May 2025, an incredibly impactful event. What’s more, PKF Nigeria regularly contributes technical support to sister firms in West Africa and has been actively involved in onboarding new member firms in the region.

Asia Pacific region

Vincent Chew, CEO and partner at PKF Malaysia, achieved the AsPac award for proactively collaborating with firms in the region and beyond. He regularly travels to visit other member firms and prospective members, stepped up to support the corporate finance group in Southeast Asia and at our PKF AsPac Gathering and has been an excellent support to our regional Board in developing our China business group strategy.

Europe, Middle East and India region

Our Belgian member firm PKF BOFIDI was the recipient of our EMEI award for its outstanding commitment to our global community. The firm has gone the extra mile to grow our network, frequently contributes to our events and has been proactive in identifying and promoting new technological solutions, strengthening our collective capabilities and improving operational innovation and efficiency. Partner Aleksandr Natanelov was praised for the significant impact he’s made as joint Chair of our tax group, demonstrating one of our core PKF values to ‘be the change’.

Latin America region

PKF Brazil received this award for its successful expansion strategy. The last year has seen the firm forge new alliances and establish new service lines, enhancing its service offering. Chair of our LatAm regional Board Cleverson Lacerda was recognised for being a fantastic ambassador for PKF, helping other firms grow and transforming the region.

North America region

JoLayna Arndt, Chief Growth Officer at JLK Rosenberger, won the North America Icon Award for embodying the true spirit of PKF. Dynamic, collaborative and deeply committed to excellence, she brings energy and creativity to every initiative she works on in her role as Chair of the North America marketing group. Her work shapes how our brand is perceived internally and externally, and her impact resonates across our network.

 

People’s Choice Icon Awards

Our Singapore member firm, PKF-CAP, and its Managing Partner, Eng Kian Lee, received one of our People’s Choice Icon Awards. The firm has gone from success to success, achieving a strong year-on-year growth rate of over 20% for the last four to five years. PKF-CAP was recognised by the International Accounting Forum & Awards as the Accountancy Firm of the Year 2025, has earned several top employer accreditations, is one of our most active members in facilitating cross-border referrals within our network and makes significant contributions to our global events, particularly our inaugural PKF Global Emerging Leaders Gathering which took place in September 2025.

Jan Kotze, partner at PKF Cape Town, received an award for his pivotal role in shaping and elevating the PKF brand in South Africa. He has led the PKF South Africa Executive Committee with vision, integrity and an unwavering commitment to excellence, ensuring we remain a market leader. Jan consistently upholds PKF values, as demonstrated through the recent charity golf day he organised, which raised funds for four local charities.

PKF Durban’s Raoul Kelly was recognised for being an iconic leader who inspires and uplifts others and leads with heart. Raoul is deeply committed to advancing our digital offering and has helped shape the IT assurance landscape at a firm, national and global level, driving projects forward and launching working groups. His work exemplifies the transformative power of technology in enhancing audit quality, efficiency and global connectivity.

Selma Delic, PKF Smith Cooper partner, was named an award winner for being an extremely passionate and committed ambassador of our network, whose energy and resilience inspire others. She has cultivated strong relationships across our UK and Irish member firms and internationally, often serving as the go-to person for strategic support and network queries. Selma actively champions collaboration, drives change and uses her influence to elevate her firm’s standing within the wider PKF community.

PKF Fasselt’s Christian Müller-Kemler received an Icon Award for his long-standing commitment to growing our network, living our values, fostering collaboration and elevating our brand. He continues to serve as spokesperson of the Board of our German member firms, has progressed our China business group strategy and regularly contributes at global events. Admired by everyone who works with him, Christian is regarded as a compassionate leader and the voice of reason.
