Thanks to the acquisition, PKF Fi.Solutions, has widened its range of services. Now the PKF member firm is in a position to serve any demand from the international network, regarding transaction services (with a strong expertise in due diligence and consolidation services).

PKF Spin-Off and Co, which has been one of the main actors in the Small Cap Space since 2004, offers additional international solutions to its clients focused on their growth strategies, development capital and capital transfer. Their customers are mainly private equity firms, small and medium size companies.
