Oleg was born in Kazakhstan. In 2011, Oleg successfully passed the challenging qualification exam RICS - the Royal Society of Certified Real Estate Specialists (UK) and became its full member. In 2016, Oleg received another prestigious certificate from the American Institute CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) in financial analysis and investment management.
