Professional Experience

Richard is the partner major in audit business. He worked in KPMG audit department and transaction services department, where he accumulated extensive experience in the areas of financial advisory and auditing services.

Before setting up the new audit firm, he served as the Vice President and CFO in a US listing capital firm. He is an active Certified Public Accountant both in China and Australia. He also holds a Bachelor Degree of Economics and a MBA degree in Shanghai JiaoTong University.
