Professional Experience

Marco De Leo joined RASS – Studio Legale Rinaldi e Associati in 1996, and specialised in the fields of M&A, corporate law, extraordinary operations, commercial law and contracts and international law.

He boasts a long, consistent experience and skills in business law, M&A and Private Equity operations, since he has assisted several Italian and foreign clients, financial (both private and institutional) and industrial investors during acquisitions, mergers, de-mergers, business contributions and transfers, and general financial and extraordinary operations.

As regards commercial agreements, he helps Italian and foreign clients in different industrial, retail and food sectors, and specifically deals with distribution, agency and franchising issues.
