PKF Wallast awarded Great Place To Work status for second year running
PKF International congratulates PKF Wallast, our member firm in the Netherlands, for being certified a Great Place To Work for a second consecutive year.
Great Place To Work is a globally recognised accreditation, with the programme used by companies, non-profit organisations and government agencies in 60 countries worldwide. Organisations are assessed through a detailed staff survey, which seeks employees’ opinions in five key areas (credibility, respect, honesty, pride and camaraderie). The survey provides employers with comprehensive data and insight into their workplace culture.
René Brouwers, Director of Great Place To Work Netherlands, explains, ‘Being a good employer is the way to organisational success ... Organisations that have a culture of trust, pride and fun perform better. To excel as an organisation is an achievement. An achievement to be proud of and an achievement worthy of attention.’
Following the 2020 survey, PKF Wallast became the first Dutch accountancy practice to earn the Great Place To Work award. The company has gone from strength to strength, surpassing last year’s success by achieving an even higher score for 2021-2022. Stefaan Rodts, CEO of PKF Wallast, says, ‘We are extremely proud to be a Great Place To Work for the second year. Themes we score well on are: comradeship, being yourself and being treated fairly. This year we scored higher than last year and we will of course do our best to continue this into next year.’
