Unparalleled people experience at PKF member firms

Our member firms across the globe strive to create a working environment where every team member can achieve their best. We’re delighted that several of our member firms have recently received awards in recognition of their efforts in this area.

PKF-CAP, our member firm in Singapore, has been named by HRD Asia as one of the most innovative HR teams in Asia for 2024. This achievement reflects the firm’s commitment to pioneering HR practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. It is the latest in a string of notable successes: over the last 12 months, the firm achieved Great Place To Work certification and Managing Partner Eng Kian Lee was recognised as one of the Best HR Leaders in Asia by HC Magazine.

Eng Kian said, ‘We are incredibly honoured to receive this recognition from HRD Asia. At PKF-CAP, we believe that our people are our greatest asset. This accolade underscores our dedication to innovative HR strategies that support and empower our talented team, driving both personal and organisational growth.’

One of our UK member firms, PKF Francis Clark, has added another two top employer awards to its collection. The firm was named amongst the UK’s Best Workplaces for Development 2024, an award that showcases companies offering great experiences for employees to develop at work. Team members at PKF Francis Clark of all grades and levels of experience benefit from the firm’s fantastic continuous development programme and supportive peer-to-peer mentoring. What’s more, PKF Francis Clark has ranked 44th out of 100 large organisations on the list of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing 2024. Through its network of health & well-being champions and mental health first aiders, the firm offers a range of initiatives to support team members, including its popular well-being webinars.

PKF Brazil was certified a Great Place To Work earlier this year. The firm attributes its success to its ongoing commitment to PKF values and its relentless pursuit of creating a working environment where team members feel inspired, encouraged to grow and achieve their potential.

German member firms PKF Fasselt, PKF Wulf Gruppe, PKF WMS GmbH & Co. KG, PKF Munich and PKF Nuremberg have been honoured amongst the best employers in Germany. The firms were awarded the prestigious Top Company 2024 seal by independent review platform Kununu, following feedback from employees past and present. PKF Fasselt was also named a Most Wanted Employer 2024, recognising the firm’s focus on providing a family-friendly culture where employees’ well-being is prioritised.

PKF Melbourne has been selected by Work180 as one of Australia’s top 101 workplaces for women. The firm was assessed across 10 workplace standards, including representative leadership, inclusive hiring processes and pay equity. Only those companies that are leading the way in advancing women’s careers and taking these standards to the next level feature on the list.

North American member firms PKF O’Connor Davies and Berkowitz Pollack Brant have been recognised as Best Companies to Work for in New York. Rochester Business Journal, Best Companies Group and New York State Society for Human Resource Management selected winners following a rigorous assessment process. This involved an evaluation of nominees’ workplace policies, practices and demographics and a detailed survey to measure the employee experience, covering everything from corporate culture to pay and benefits.

Kevin J. Keane, Executive Chairman at PKF O’Connor Davies, said, ‘Our latest recognition as one of the top workplaces in all of New York is further validation of our ongoing efforts to create a work environment that prioritises team member engagement and development. It’s extremely important for us to ensure our offices remain inclusive and supportive spaces where team members feel empowered to thrive both personally and professionally.’
