Chutinun has over 15 years of experiences in corporate legal field. Her experiences include advising foreign investors about related laws and regulations for doing business in Thailand, advising on ownership structures and types of legal entities, obtaining investment licenses under the Treaty of Amity, Thailand Board of Investment approvals, and Foreign Business Licenses. She also provides advice on commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, employment rules under Thailand labor law, visas and work permits under the immigration and labor law, as well as due diligence in corporate legal requirements under the Civil and Commercial Code.

Chutinun holds a Bachelor's of Law Degree from Thammasat University.

She is also a member of Thai Bar Association and practicing lawyer licensed by the Lawyers Council of Thailand.
